Gums are often used to help suspend proteins in liquid and many of the plant-based proteins (ie: rice, pea, etc) are loaded with lectin.
- Paleo Perfection DOES NOT use processing agents. Ever heard for silica or magnesium stearate? They have no nutritional purpose. They just help powder product flow through manufacturing machinery. They can cause reaction to those with autoimmune diseases.
